Our offer is in line with the truffles seasons, and menu "a la carte" is designed so we can always recommend the freshest food to our guests. Depending on the season, we prepare dishes from all species of mushrooms or asparagus. We serve dishes without truffles, as well as vegetarian dishes, gluten-free dishes, etc.
