The biggest international truffle fair in the region has nearly come to an end. There’s only one weekend left before the closing of the fair, so if you haven’t had the opportunity to visit Zigante Truffle Days so far, you should definitely include it in your weekend plans.

Spend some time in the open, enjoy the sunshine and the breeze, take in the beautiful scenery, participate in the truffle hunts and various other outdoor activities, and don’t forget to taste some of the amazing truffle specialties and delicacies prepared by our renowned chef Damir Modrušan. Truffles are picked right on the spot, in the beautiful Motovun forest, also known as one of the largest natural habitats of Istrian white truffle, Tuber Magnatum Pico. Not only will you have the chance to try extravagant dishes, but you’ll also be able to buy truffles, take them back home as a reminder of this special adventure, and prepare them in your own fashion.

Apart from truffles, here you’ll also find an array of traditional Istrian homemade products such as prosciutto, cheese, honey, olive oil, and wine which will certainly provide your senses with a unique experience.
